THE COUNCIL ON FOREIGN RELATIONS IS THE SHADOW GOVERNMENT

The Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), founded in 1919 in Paris is an international organization working to create world government controlled by the central banks of the world working in concert to control the political and economic systems of every country on earth.   In 1921, the NYC headquarters of the CFR was founded.

The CFR  is a 4900-member organization, nonprofit, publisher,  that fronts as a think tank specializing in U.S. foreign policy and international affairs.   Recently an additional office was opened in Washington, D.C. to deal more closely with politicos of “the swamp”.
