Robert Card, 40, was found dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound at 7:45 p.m. Friday night at a recycling facility in the small rural town of Lisbon Falls, Maine after he fatally shot 18 and wounded 13 others on Wednesday night.

“The man wanted in connection to the deadliest shooting in the history of Maine has been found dead,” Governor Janet Mills announced during a press conference.

“Tonight, the city of Lewiston and the state of Maine can begin to move forward on what will be a long and difficult road of healing. Robert Card is dead,” the governor said.

Court records for the man accused of killing 18 people in mass shootings Wednesday night in Lewiston, Maine, reveal some details about the suspect’s past.

News 9 Investigates has obtained court documents in Maine that show the only criminal record for Robert Card in Maine was an arrest in April 2007 for operating under the influence. Card pleaded guilty to that.

The other records of Card in the Maine court system pertain to a 2007 divorce. Card was married two years prior and shares a son with his ex-wife. Their divorce order was amended in 2013 to include shared parental rights and responsibilities of the child.

According to ABC News, investigators found a note at Card’s home on Thursday that was addressed to his son.

Sources described it as a suicide note that contained rantings as well as personal information like bank account details.

There was no record of Card in New Hampshire’s court system.

Law enforcement officials said Card’s family is cooperating with authorities.

Card was born on April 4, 1983, and his last known address was 941 Meadow Road in Bowdoin, Maine.

A neighbor who said he knows the family was shocked when he learned about the shootings.

“It just didn’t seem like that kind of individual. Like I said, people have problems, but you don’t expect them to go off the deep end like that. Like I said, when I saw it on the news last night, I was shocked,” neighbor David Letarte said.

A police bulletin described Card as a firearms instructor believed to be in the Army Reserve and assigned to a training facility in Saco, Maine.

According to ABC News, the Army has confirmed that Card has been an Army Reservist since December 2002. His current rank is as a sergeant first class, and his job is a petroleum supply specialist.

“SFC Robert Card is assigned to the 3rd Battalion, 304th Infantry Regiment in Saco, Maine. While his unit supported West Point summer training in July of 2023, there are no records to indicate he instructed or participated in any training. The Army did not train SFC Card as a firearms instructor, nor did he serve in that capacity for the Army. Due to the Privacy Act and the ongoing investigation, we cannot provide further details,” Bryce Dubee, an Army spokesperson, told ABC.

Sources also told ABC News said Card has a mental health history, including a two-week stay this past summer at a mental health facility after he reported hearing voices and made threats to shoot up a National Guard facility in Saco, Maine.

The white Subaru connected to Card was found late Wednesday night in Lisbon, Maine, at a boat ramp on the Androscoggin River.

A firearm was found in that vehicle late Wednesday, and authorities are testing and tracing the gun to determine if it was involved in the shooting, multiple law enforcement sources told ABC News.

Card was found dead Friday night at a recycling center in Lisbon, Maine where he previously worked. The shootings occurred at Just-In-Time Recreation Bowling Alley and Schemengees Bar in Lewiston.

Seven were killed at the bowling alley, and eight were killed at Schemengees Bar. Three others died enroute to the hospital. The victims killed ranging in age from 14 to 76 have been identified.

The manhunt for Card, which stretched from Maine into neighboring states, became the top story in the Mockingbird Media, eclipsing the globalist’s planned destabilization of Gaza and the now almost forgotten horrors and corruption of the Ukraine War.

Investigators claim they found a suicide note at Card’s home, but sources have declined to describe the content of that note. The note was addressed to Card’s child.

The Army confirmed that Card has been an Army Reservist Sergeant First Class since December 2002 as a petroleum supply specialist. DOD officials report that on July 17, leaders of the Army Reserve’s 3rd Battalion, 304th Infantry Regiment, informed garrison staff at the Camp Smith Training Site in New York that Card was behaving erratically, and the unit requested law enforcement be contacted, officials said Thursday.

Card was taken to Keller Army Community Hospital at the United States Military Academy after “hearing voices” that told him to shoot and blow up his reserve base. He was evaluated for two weeks by military “psychiatrists” and was released with no warnings or recommendations. So, the VA willfully released a psychotic criminal into society.

Nothing to see here, right? What could go wrong?

But suddenly, a pro-gun Maine politician has changed his tune, bowing to the UN/WEF globalist gun grabber lobby. Rep. Jared Golden of Maine has reversed his stance on “assault rifles”.

Of course, this is not the first time a member of the military “heard voices” telling him to kill. In 2013, Aaron Alexis shot up the Washington D.C. Navy Yard. The media reported that Alexis had filed a police report in Rhode Island on August 2, 2013, claiming to be the victim of harassment and that he was hearing voices in his head.

According to an FBI official Alexis was under the “belief that he was being controlled or influenced by extremely low-frequency electromagnetic waves“. A message later obtained by federal authorities from Alexis’s personal computing devices said, “Ultra-low frequency attack is what I’ve been subject to for the last 3 months. And to be perfectly honest, that is what has driven me to this.”

On August 4, 2013, naval police were called to Alexis’s hotel at Naval Station Newport and found that he had “taken apart his bed, believing someone was hiding under it, and observed that Alexis had taped a microphone to the ceiling to record the voices of people that were following him”. At the time of the incident, he was working for the contractor at the base.

On August 23, Alexis showed up at a Providence, Rhode Island, emergency room complaining of insomnia. He was prescribed 50 milligrams of trazodone, a serotonin antagonist and reuptake inhibitor antidepressant that can cause both homicidal and suicidal tendencies, don’t you know? Not to mention CIA Operation MK ULTRA.

Five days later, Alexis sought treatment for insomnia in the emergency room of a VA medical center in Washington, D.C., where he allegedly told doctors that he was not depressed and was not thinking of harming others.

He was given ten more tablets of trazodone and guess what?

Wouldn’t you know, Aaron Alexis went off on his killing spree at the Navy yard. Combined with voice to skull technology and serotonin reuptake inhibitors, Arron Alexis was ripe for mind control. . . and mass murder.

Whether or not Robert Card was simply a mentally ill soldier, or an MK ULTRA assassin, the DNC wasted no time before attacking the 2nd Amendment, not the serious mental health issue that is rising in America.

From the open borders to the recent mass shooting in Maine, Obama’s former adviser comes to mind. Emmanuel first used the slogan, “never let a good crisis go to waste” during the globalist bankster’s 2008 financial scam on ABC’s This Week. Emmanuel revised the slogan during the UN/WEF’s COVID scamdemic.

“Never allow a crisis to go to waste,” Emanuel said. “Start planning for the future. This has to be the last pandemic that creates an economic depression. We’re going to have more pandemics, but this has to be the last economic depression.”

What we know about Robert Card, suspect in Lewiston, Maine, mass shootings

The fact is, I was pretty certain Army Reservist Robert Card would inevitably kill himself. Not because that is statistically how most of these incident’s end, but because they are programmed to end in suicide, or murder by cop.

That aside, in my view, the entire incident in Maine and countless other mass shootings, assassinations and ritual killings in the past have common denominators that reek of MK ULTRA mind control including Sirhan Sirhan, the Manson murders, Mark David Chapman, and John Hinkley.

Clearly a switch flipped on in Robert Card’s brain that catapulted him to commit mass murder. It seems another switch, as usual, flipped off soon after and Card “killed himself.”

In a process the CIA calls Orion, William Cooper explains in his book, BEHOLD A PALE HORSE (1990), almost ten years before Columbine and long before the rash of school and mass shootings that began to surge in the late 1990s and massively spiked since 2000 and exploding after Sandy Hook.

In every instance that I have investigated — the incident at the women’s school in Canada, the shopping center incident in Canada, the Stockton, California, massacre, and the murder of Rabbi Meir Kahane — the shooters were all ex-mental patients or were current mental patients who were ALL ON THE DRUG PROZAC! This drug, when taken in certain doses, increases the serotonin level in the patient, causing extreme violence. Couple that with a posthypnotic suggestion or control through an electronic brain implant or microwave or E.L.F. intrusion and you get mass murder, ending in every case with the suicide of the perpetrator. Exhume the bodies of the murderers and check for a brain implant. I think you are going to be surprised.

In every case the name of the murderer’s doctor or mental treatment facility has been withheld. I believe we will be able to establish intelligence-community connections and/or connections to known CIA experimental mind control programs when we finally discover who these doctors of death really are.

Due to the wave of crime sweeping the nation, the media will convince the American people that a state of anarchy exists within the major cities. They are now building their case almost nightly on TV and daily in the newspapers. When public opinion has been won to this idea, they intend to state that a terrorist group armed with a nuclear weapon has entered the United States and that they plan to detonate this device in one of our cities.

The Government will then suspend the Constitution and declare martial law.
