DISABLED VETERAN MARK BOWLES CONVICTED BY KANGAROO COURT

I would expect to see this in Nazi Gemany or Stasi East Germany, but kangaroo courts here in America?  Oh yes.  And the lamestream media avoids this glaring truth like the plague.

Mark Bowles case is the most blatant, horrific miscarriage of justice I have ever heard of in my life, reminiscent of kangaroo courts in totalitarian countries!   Sadly, Mark’s case is but one of not hundreds, but hundreds of thousands.

Our in-justice department is headed by the Kingpin of obstruction of justice, Obama gangster, Eric Holder. 

Like pedophiles and sex offenders that are peppered throughout Our communities, Our judicial system is also peppered with heartless, corrupt, evil judges like Judge Frank Kundrat.    His surname suits him. Kund-RAT.  At least there is some justice.

In a dramatic TRUTH TALK NEWS interview with  Mark’s mother, Diana Sprouse  on 6/25/14 broadcast on TRUTH BROADCAST NETWORK, the jury reaches it’s verdict while we are LIVE on air, after only a few hours of deliberation.

Prosecutors were so certain of a conviction and a short diliberation they were laughing and making dinner arrangements when the jury was sequestered.      They knew it wouldn’t be long.

After all, Mark’s defense was sabotaged by Judge Frank KundRAT, who should be removed from the bench and charged with obstruction of justice, as well as the prosecutor, and Mark’s first attorney, public “defender” Wanda Gierman for aiding in Mark’s prosecution!

When Diana returns to the show some thirty minutes later, we learn that Mark Bowles was convicted of 2 counts of Felony Terroristic Threats and 5th degree assault. Mind you, Mark was incoherent at the time of these alleged offenses due to medically administered drugs, a brain injury and epileptic seizures.

Mark was of course hospitalized after being severely beaten and given a brain injury by prison inmate Darcy T. Lewis, who also attemped to rape Mark. 

Adding insult to injury, no assault or attempted rape charges were filed against Lewis.
In addition, Mark’s physical and psychological condition, including a near lethal overdose of medically administered phenobarbital was also deemed inadmissable as evidence by Judge KundRAT.

Clearly, the judge is trying to protect the hospital and prison from the abundant evidence of negligence and malpractice.    Evidence proving that Mark is completely disabled, brain injured and overdosed by medical/prison officials at the time of the alleged assault.

Today, Mark still has brain damage. In fact, Mark’s brain is now shrinking (generalized brain atrophy).

This is a fatal condition.     There is no cure. 

Mark Bowles, a brain injured veteran with PTSA was set up like a bowling pin and knocked down by corrupt Judge Frank KundRAT, who, as mentioned disallowed any and all evidence that would prove Mark was clearly incapacitated both mentally and physically at the time of the alleged 2 counts of felony terrorist threats and 5th degree assault.   These charges are bizarre.   Beyond absurd. 

Mark is heading to prison for crimes he did not commit.  Fabricated crimes with fabricated charges and contradictory testimony.   Mark is yet another victim of Our corrupt judicial system.

America currently has 1.25 million prisoners labeled as being mentally challenged. That is 50% of the total prison population in America.  A prison population that targets minorities and the mentally challenged.  A prison population larger than communist China, authoritarian Russia and communist North Korea combined.    Land of the Free?  Home of the Brave?    Really?

So much for that good ole Edward Bernays-ian stylized propaganda slogan.  The despotic, tyrannical, evil, organized, systematic abuse of the criminal justice system here in American today must be exposed and the perpetrators prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

This corruption is a direct result of the bogus war on drugs (the CIA are the biggest drug dealers in the world) and the ever increasing laws and regulations against We the People. This trend is easy to see.

So Mark’s case in not an isolated incident.   The corruption is wide spread.  A collusion between the prison and mental health industries and Our judicial system clearly exists..  America has an ever growing predatory prison system that preys on those weakest to defend themselves.   And now, Mark Bowels has been designated to join them.

Please voice your outrage at this clearly biased, baseless and malicious prosecution.  The Officers of the court involved in the wrongful prosecution and vindictive persecution of Mark Bowles are listed as follows:

This is not the end of Mark’s story. It is only the beginning of proving his innocence and Judge KundRAT’s gross obstruction of justice and corruption in this case. I am certain with little investigation, Mark’s case is not the exception, but the rule.

Please contact the U.S. Department of Justice (202) 514-2000 and demand that Mark Bowles, a disabled American Veteran, be protected from these prison system abuses. Demand a full investigation into the corruption at Apopka Prison, St. Cloud Hospital and the rampant systematic abusese of the United States prison system!
