I have covered investigative journalist, author and poet Janet Phelan’s work– and her ongoing plight since 2012. We have done many broadcasts together concerning biological weapons and how they are clandestinely being used against humanity to cull the global population. She now seeks funds for travel to the Hague to file biological weapons violations.

Janet’s book, AT THE BREAKING POINT OF HISTORY: HOW DECADES OF U.S. DUPLICITY ENABLED THE PANDEMIC details ongoing operations to install double line water systems across the country. These delivery systems have the ability to pump biological and chemical weapons and/or other agents to individually targeted homes and businesses via RFID controlled water valve systems.

Well, how else could the UN/WEF deep state-controlled DNC allow the fact that they entire COVID war was a scam and was used as a ruse to steal the 2020 election?

In her book, Janet published images of these installation of these systems and obtained blueprints from Oregon and Los Angeles, California of existing double line water systems.

Janet’s personal plight as a targeted is detailed in her book, Exile. But her persecution by chemical weapons continues and is causing great physical disabilities, but Janet is soldiering on, intent on exposing this wicked evil that so threatens humanity.

Suspiciously, or should I say, does it surprise anyone that due to Section 817 of the Patriot Act, the U.S. made itself exempt from the biological weapons convention? How convenient, right?

No charges can be files against the United States so charges will be filed against countries that are signatory to the biological weapons convention.

And is it any wonder that as was warned when the Patriot Act was signed into law that one day, American Patriots who expose the many treasonous acts and crimes against humanity would be labelled as terrorists.
